PicoBrew LLC is a Washington State Limited Liability Company formed in 2010 by brothers Bill and Jim Mitchell. The Mitchells, together with co-founder Avi Geiger have spent the past 3 years inventing and refining a whole new category of kitchen equipment: the beer brewing appliance. The goal has been to improve the precision, repeatability and overall quality of the beer-brewing experience and to simplify and automate it to the point that anyone can brew great craft beer in the comfort of their own kitchen at the touch of a button!
