A noted equestrian, Campbell was captured in pieces from the Alexander McQueen collection alongside the polo wrapped legs of a dark thoroughbred. It’s the second time that Campbell has appeared in the brand’s advertising, and the second time in a row Klein has shot the campaign. The American fashion legend also photographed a yellow-haired Kate Moss for McQueen’s Spring/Summer 2014 adverts. This season, Campbell is also the face of French brand Sandro, Italian luxury label Bottega Veneta, and Hugo Boss, as well as the new Black Opium Fragrance by Yves Saint Laurent.
The London-based luxury label’s creative director Sarah Burton has picked British model Kate Moss as the face of the brand for Spring-Summer 2014. Shot in East London by photographer Steven Klein, the campaign was inspired by 1960 Brit flick “Peeping Tom” and shows Moss holding a miniature doll version of herself, wearing the futurist-tribal pieces from the latest collection, with her hair slicked back and dyed a yellow-blonde color. It’s not her first time in the spotlight for Alexander McQueen. The Croydon-born model was a friend of the late designer and even appeared as a hologram version of herself during McQueen’s 2006 show in Paris.
