Nicki Minaj has seems to have been on every late night talk show, and major radio show promoting her newest body of work “THE PINKPRINT” her new album. She has been more than a rapper with the YMCMB Label. Nicki Minaj is a brand in itself, a name, a entrepreneur and a female with a mega platform. She’s a face to be noticed with a beauty about her which is undeniable. I guess that is the reason she has also been chosen by Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli as the face of his spring/summer 2015 campaign.
“I chose Nicki Minaj because she embodies the exuberant and modern femininity of the Cavalli woman. In recent years we have become accustomed to women castigated in clothes that hide their body shapes. With this campaign, I wanted to send a strong counter trend message. I wanted a sensual woman who is aware of her body – who is not afraid to show her curves. Instead, she makes them her strength,” said Cavalli.
