Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Academy is one of the wealthiest people in the world while reaching the tender age of 84 recently. Of course being his age the question that keep popping up is who will replace Buffett when he decides to step down.
Some of the names who have came up immediately is Ajit Jain and Greg Abel, which are two highly praised executives in the company. Ajit Jain 63, runs the day to day of one of the biggest insurance business which brings in the most revenue for the company.
Greg Abel 53, is in charge of the energy business, he’s 10 years younger and also will sit on the board of the Berkshire’s partnership with 3G Capital who is backing H.J. Heinz. They both are very capable of running this Berkshire Company upward to more success and increasing its wealth. We will keep a watch on what happens when its time to replace Warren Buffett.
