Jeffrey Soffer, Miami’s real estate mogul has alledged just broke into the Billionaire club. Co-owner of Turnberry Associates, a real estate development company which owns some very lucrative land in the Miami area. In the 1960’s Jeffrey’s father Donald bought 785 acres of swamp land in Miami-Dade county, which now stand a huge mall, condos, office buildings and more. The location is now known as Aventura. The mall is extremely luxury housing some of the high end designer stores like Cartier and Fendi just to name a few. Its also know as the highest grossing shopping mall on US. The Soffer family also owns the well known Fountaine bleu Hotel which houses the one of the most prestigious clubs in it “Club LIV”. Jeffrey owns a whopping 72% stake in the Hotel, which pushes his revenue to great heights. Real estate has been his cornerstone to financial independence and local celebrity. His net worth is marked at $1 Billion with a lot of opportunity to increase.
