After putting in hard work as an artist being signed to Usher early in his career, Rico seen a bigger life for himself and knew he had more skills than just being a rapper. After leaving the deal with Universal Distribution for his label Division 1, he partnered with Interscope Records to distribute the label in 2013 and signed R&B artist Tiara Thomas. After writing for so many artist Rico put out his acclaimed best album to day call “Turn The Lights On” which feature hits like “A Day Goes By” and “Somebody Else” which are rising to the top of the charts.
