Channing Dungey has just made history by becoming the first African American to be the head of programming at a major broadcasting network ABC. Dungey has been with ABC for the last 6 years as the VP of drama development, mini series and movie development in which she had a hand in developing hit shows like Scandal, Marvel’s Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D and How To Get Away With Murder. She is well respected in her field by her colleagues for being a creative genius when it comes to creating very good successful programs. Dungey replaced the current Paul Lee who has done a great job at the helm for the last six years.
